Career Moves Professional Services is a sole proprietorship operated by Fanita Sawyer Bracey.  Fanita has worked in the employment/recruitment industry since 1994.  She has been employed by a Mid-Atlantic regional bank, a world  class technical staffing organization and the nation's fifth largest financial institution.

Fanita has been formally trained in behavioral interviewing, competency assessments and recruitment sourcing strategies.

Fanita has a M.S. in Human Resource Administration from Central Michigan University and B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis on Human Resources and Political Science from Virginia Commonwealth University.
